Covid-19 Policy at VLondon Nails Design

To our Lovely Clients,

       It is such a sad time during the national lockdown. We are sure that not only us, but also you, our lovely clients, cannot wait until get out and have a lovely nail set, and enjoy getting back to your beautiful life. WE ARE NOW REOPENING ON MONDAY 13TH OF JULY 2020.

      During the lockdown, we have fully cleaned and sanitised the whole salon. Especially, we have setup the protection screen aims to create the safest and most comfortable for clients and staffs. In addition, we also follow the Government guidelines to provide a healthier working environment. Therefore, we have made a number of changes in order to improving the safety of our clients and staffs:

             + Clients will be required to fill a consent form on arrival before the service.

             + If clients would like to cancel the appointment, please inform the salon 24 hours in advance

             + Clients will be required to wear a facemask during the time at salon. If you do not have one, you can purchase £1 each.

          +The drying station, and normal nail polish treatment will be suspended. We will only provide the gel polish treatment in this period of time.

          + For the pedicure clients, we provide a disposable equipment for your treatment, the price of pedicure will be £25 plus the price of gel colour.

             + Clients will be required to wash their hand before the treatment. We also provide a sanitiser station where you can use the provided hand sanitiser gel.

             + The toilet will be not available during the treatment, and food is not allowed in the salon.

             + The waiting area will be temporary suspended, therefore client may only arrive 10 minutes before their appointment, and will not allowed to take any other friends or children with them.

            + Animals will not be allowed, except for guide dogs.

        + If you have symptoms such as high fever, continues cough and short of breath, please do not be offended if we ask you to leave and reschedule your appointment because this is the respect for other clients as well as the well-being for our staffs.


We hope that you, our lovely clients, to understand these changes as this is the compulsory to keeps us protect our clients as well as our staffs. And this is also the requirement from the Government to allow us reopen the business.
